Fish Curry

FISH CURRY
Ingredients:
- Fish----1 1/2 kg ( 1" thick Slices)
- Onions----2
- Garlic----12 Cloves
- Turmeric pwd. (Haldi pwd)----1/2 tsp.
- Coriander pwd. (Dhanya pwd)----1 tbsp.
- Red Chillies pwd.----1 tbsp. or to taste
- Yogurt----3 tbsp.
- Mustard Seeds (Meethi Dana)----1/2 tsp.
- Salt----To Taste.
- Chopped coriander----To garnish.
- Oil
- Ground Onions & Garlic cloves to paste.
- Heat oil on a medium heat and fry fish pieces till light golden. Drain fish pieces and set aside.
- Now add mustard seeds( methi dana) when mustard seeds stop spluttering add onion & garlic paste, Red Chillies pwd, Salt, Turmeric pwd, Coriander pwd, Yogurt fry mixture until oil stars to separate.
- Add half cup of water and gently add the fish pieces. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
