Chicken Chow Mein / Stir Fried spaghetti (Desi Style)

Carrots ---- 1 cup ( julienne cutting)
Capsicum ---- 2 or 3 ( julienne cutting)
Cabbage ---- 1 cup ( julienne cutting)

Red Onion ---- 1/2 cup (chopped)

Spring Onion ( white part) ---- 1/2 cup (chopped)

Spring Onion (Green Part) ---- 1/2 cup (chopped)

Boneless Chicken ----- 1/2 kg 
Spaghetti ---- 1 pkt (500g)

Soya Sauce ---- 3 tbsp

White Vinegar(i) ---- 2 tbsp

Ketchup ---- 2 tbsp

Salt ---- 1 1/2 tsp or to taste 

Black Pepper ---- 1 tsp

Chinese Salt (ajino moto)---- 2 tsp

White Vinegar(ii) ---- 2 tbsp

Red Chili Flakes ---- 1 tsp

oil ---- 1/4 cup or as required


1-Boil 10 cups of water in a  pan, add White Vinegar(i) & spaghetti
to the boiling water and cook until it's done & rinse under cold water, drain well and set aside.

2-Heat oil in a wok, add red onions & Spring onion's white part, fry till translucent.

3- Now add chicken and fry over hight heat until chicken is no longer pink.

4- Add Soya Sauce, White Vinegar(ii), Chinese Salt, Ketchup, Salt, Black Pepper & Red Chili Flakes. Fry  for 2 minutes.

5- Add Carrots, Capsicum & Cabbage stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes.

6- Now stir in the spaghetti and mix well.

7- Garnish with Green Onions.

8- Serve hot with ketchup. ;)
